A singer-songwriter for 18 years, Raina has been entertaining young children for over 8 years at private birthday parties, schools, corporate events, and childcare centres. Accompanied by her sticker-covered guitar, children have delighted in her high energy and personable shows while they sing and jam along to songs they already know as well as Raina's catchy original tunes. Previous corporate events have included Kids Help Phone and Breakfast with Santa at IKEA. Raina is able to keep young children occupied for the entire performance and capture the children’s attention like no other performer.

"Although she's been performing live for children for eight years, this is Raina's first full-length recording. But her experience still shines through – she's got a confident voice, a fun-spirit that avoids silliness and a nice variety of well-written songs. The disk has a circle-time feeling with original songs alternating with classics such as "If You're Happy" and "Twinkle, Twinkle." But instead of deliverying the usual chirpy versions of these tunes, Raina brings her folk rock vibe to each. In particular, her "Wheels on the Bus" is a nice departure from the Raffi-inspired version you hear everywhere. Raina's warm, personable folk voice works wonderfully with her acoustic guitar."
